Ashleigh Emmerson, the founder of Red Earth Ventures, was the catalyst for taking my dream to my reality. As a commercial and TV producer on staff with a large production company, I had a dream of branching out and starting my own production company. But, I also dreamed of intertwining my other passions-agriculture, social entrepreneurship, and the orphan crisis-into the DNA of my company. This seemed like a very overwhelming task to me. However, Ashleigh took me through a process of mapping out my dream and tying all the pieces together, with action-steps and achievable milestones.
